How to use the table
- Select an emotion.
Ask yourself:"What emotion am I feeling right now?" - Create an image.
Close your eyes and imagine the emotion in the form of the described visual image or come up with your own. - Transform the image.
Use the transformation symbol from the table. Imagine the emotion changing its form and becoming a resource. - Feel the changes.
After visualizing, pay attention to your state. You will feel more clarity, calm, or energy. - Secure the effect.
Take a few deep breaths and mentally thank yourself for working with the emotion.
