The practice of internal dialogue in the New Psychology of DREVO

In the New Psychology DREVO, words are viewed as a tool for shaping thinking, attention, and behavior.

A person constantly conducts an internal dialogue.

This dialogue can increase anxiety, fear and helplessness.

And it can strengthen confidence, calmness, responsibility and the desire for development.

Therefore, it is important to consciously choose thoughts that help you live and develop.

Affirmations are not magic spells.

They do not change reality by themselves.

Their task is to help a person change their own thinking, attitude towards themselves and willingness to act.
