Seven Rules of the DREVO Wish Diary
- Write down your wishes in the present tense.
- Formulate them positively, without the particle “not”.
- Write down only what is in line with your values.
- Visualize not only the outcome, but also the person you are becoming.
- After each wish, identify at least one next step.
- End your entry with gratitude.
- Reread your diary once a month and notice real changes in your life.
The main principle
A wish diary does not create reality on its own.
It helps a person to direct attention, thoughts, decisions and actions towards the chosen future on a daily basis.
- First, an image is born.
- Then a plan emerges.
- Then action.
It is actions that gradually transform the desired future into a lived reality.
The future doesn't begin tomorrow. It begins with a thought written today and an action taken this morning.
Definition of maturity
Maturity in the New Psychology of DREVO
In the New Psychology of DREVO, maturity is not viewed as age or as the number of years lived.
- A person may be mature in age but remain immature in his actions.
- And vice versa, a young person can exhibit a high degree of maturity.
- Maturity is not determined by time.
- It is determined by the level of personality development.
This is the ability to consciously manage your life, maintain internal stability and create good for yourself and the world around you.
What is maturity?
Maturity is a state of harmoniously developed personality, capable of consciously managing oneself, taking responsibility for one's decisions, living in accordance with one's values, and making a creative contribution to the life of society.
Maturity is a process.
It develops throughout life.
Signs of a mature personality
Responsibility
- A mature person stops looking for someone to blame.
- He asks:
- What depends on me?
- And it works.
Self-management
He knows how to manage:
- emotions;→
- desires;
- habits;
- attention;
- actions.
It is not circumstances that control a person.
A person learns to control himself.
Mindfulness
A mature person understands:
- your strengths;
- its limitations;
- your values;
- their motives.
He is able to look at himself honestly.
Developed will
He knows how to do the right thing even when it is difficult.
Willpower helps to maintain direction in life.
Love
Maturity is demonstrated by the ability to love without the desire to possess.
To love means to respect the freedom, dignity and development of another person.
Creation

- He doesn't just consume.
- He creates.
- Transfers knowledge.

Maturity and the Ten Levels of Man
In the New Psychology of DREVO, maturity is manifested in the coordinated development of all levels of personality.
- Body- takes care of health.
- Subconscious- forms useful habits.
- Psyche- maintains emotional stability.
- Consciousness- thinks independently and critically.
- Will— turns decisions into actions.
- Soul- lives in harmony with conscience and love.
- Spirit- remains faithful to its purpose and highest values.
- Meaning— understands what he lives for.
- Social connections— builds relationships based on trust and cooperation.
- Nature- realizes his responsibility to the world around him.
Maturity is not perfection at every level, but their harmonious development.
What hinders maturity?
Personal growth is hindered by:
- disclaimer;
- constant blaming of others;
- life only for pleasure;
- lack of self-knowledge;
- fear of change;
- dependence on other people's opinions;
- unwillingness to learn;
- loss of meaning.→
All these conditions can be overcome through conscious development.
Practice of maturity
- It is useful to ask yourself questions every day:
- What depended on me today?
- Which decision was the most mature?
- What have I learned?
- Who did you help?
- What did you create?
- What kind of person have I become today?
- Maturity develops through the daily practice of responsibility.
The main principle
Maturity is not shown when a person knows the answers to all questions.
It manifests itself when he is able to honestly seek answers, take responsibility for his decisions and continue to develop.
Definition
Maturity is a harmonious state of personality in which a person is able to consciously manage themselves, take responsibility for their lives, remain true to their values, build creative relationships, and make a sustainable contribution to the development of society and future generations.
In DREVO's New Psychology, maturity is viewed as one of the primary goals of personal development. It encompasses physical health, mental stability, clarity of consciousness, willpower, spiritual development, strengthening of the spirit, social responsibility, and caring for the world.
A mature person measures success not only by what he has personally achieved, but also by how much life, freedom, knowledge, love, and opportunity has come from his existence.
Personality Development Map
Personality Development Map in New Psychology DREVO
In the New Psychology DREVO, personality development is viewed as the gradual growth of a tree.
- It is impossible for a tree to develop only one branch.
- If the roots are weak, the whole organism suffers.
- If there is no light, growth stops.
- If the crown does not develop, the tree stops bearing fruit.
- A person develops in the same way.
- The personality is a single system where all levels are interconnected.
- The development of one level helps the development of the others.
- Weakening one level gradually affects the entire system.
