Part II. Human Architecture

Body

Body

The body is the material basis of a person and the first level of conscious life.

It is not a passive shell. The body is a complex, self-regulating living system that continuously perceives the surrounding world, processes information, and maintains life.

In the new psychology, the body is seen as the bearer of its own biological wisdom.

It has:

  • ability to self-heal;
  • innate development programs;
  • adaptation mechanisms;
  • memory of past experiences;
  • a system of internal communication between organs, the nervous, immune and endocrine systems.

The body constantly collects information from both the external and internal environment.

It perceives:

  • temperature;
  • pressure;
  • chemical composition of blood;
  • hormone levels;
  • position in space;
  • condition of muscles and joints;
  • pain;
  • famine;
  • thirst;
  • fatigue;
  • safety or danger.

Most of these processes occur without the participation of consciousness.

Therefore, the body can be considered as an independent system of perception and regulation.

It is the body that creates the basis for the work of the subconscious mind.

When the body is depleted, overloaded, or chronically inflamed, it impacts emotions, thinking, behavior, and decision-making.

Taking care of your body is not only about physical health, but also the foundation of psychological well-being.

In the new psychology, the body is seen not as a “machine,” but as a living partner of consciousness.

Through breathing, movement, nutrition, sleep, touch and interaction with the environment, a person maintains a connection with his own nature.

The main task of the body is to preserve life, maintain internal balance and create conditions for personal development.

The body is the foundation of a person. Without a strong foundation, it is impossible to fully realize the potential of the subconscious, conscious, superconscious, soul, and spirit.
