Meditation as autogenic training
Meditation as autogenic training
Meditation in the New Psychology of DREVO
In the New Psychology DREVO, meditation is viewed as a method of conscious self-regulation of the psyche, attention, and state of the body.
Her goal is not to “escape reality,” but to learn to better manage herself.
Meditation helps calm the flow of thoughts, reduce internal tension, restore attention and strengthen the ability to consciously choose your reactions.
In its essence, it is close to autogenic training - a system of psychophysiological self-regulation based on relaxation, concentration and internal attitudes.
